Sejarah singkat GadoGado Bu Hadi
Siapakah Bu Hadi? bagaimana riwayatnya kenapa bisnis gado-gado bisa turun-menurun?
Tahun 1960, Buyut kami bernama Mbah Rejo Pawiro membuka warung #GadoGado di Pasar Beringharjo, beliaulah generasi Pertama. Mbah Rejo Pawiro menurunkan ilmu dan usahanya kepada Ibu Sutiyah (istri Hadi Prayitno) ~ singkat cerita kemudian dinamai #GadoGadoBuHadi
Pada tahun 1983, Ibu Sutiyah Hadi Prayitno meninggal dunia, akhirnya Keluarga Besar memberikan amanah kepada anak ke-4 Sri winarti (Wiwik) untuk meneruskan usaha #GadoGadoBuHadi hingga saat ini.
Tahun 2013, merupakan awal proses menuju konsep dan pembaharuan brand yang lebih modern.

In 1960, our Great Grandmother called Mbah Rejo Prawiro opened a gado-gado stall in
Beringharjo Market. She was the first generation. Mbah Rejo Pawiro then passed her knowledge
Along with the business to Ibu Sutiyah (wife of Hadi Prayitno) ~ long story short, the gado-gado
Business was then known as Gado-gado Bu Hadi. In 1983, Ibu Sutiyah Hadi Prayitno passed
away and the family decided to give mandate to the 4th children, Sri Winarti (Wiwik), to run the
gado-gado business to the very day.
2013 was a new start for our fresh concept and modern brand.
